Release Me!!!!

As i watch the sunset, sitting in my cell
Feeling very upset, feeling like I'm in hell
Looking up at the sun makes me want to be free
Wishing someone would come comfort me

As I watch the sunset from behind barbed wire
Knowing that I'm not a thief, killer or a liar
Wishing that the judge would have pity on me
So that one day I'll get to see my family

As I watch the sunset with tears in my eyes
Wishing for my loved ones through the painful cries
Knowing that when I leave, I'll never return
And from these bad decisions that I will learn
