An american soldier

by ButterflyKisses_xo   Oct 5, 2005

Camouflage colors
Worn straight across
Gun and protection
Held close to the heart
Proper structure
Stand brave and tall
Remember your family
Come back to them all
One thousand bullets
Shot to and from
Remember the times
Life had been young
Stand up for the people
Who live here and there
Now it is time
You get to play fare
Sacrifice life
Die in the field
Or come home to a family
Who's been living in fear
Watch as the tears stream down the face
For this is the day that god sent them grace
Hold them close, For they have love
Pride in a figure-An American soldier

[[..To Eric..GOOD LUCK IN IRAQ! I shure know Jessica, loves her soldier *Wink*wink*]]
