My Slumber-

Laying in the dark,
Earse every hidden mark.
Take me where the darkness is so deep,
It rocks me to sleep.

Let the rain terroize the sky.
Let it say hello but soon good-bye.
Let the world hear the thunder!
I will be asleep in my dark night of wonder.

Let the rain pitter-patter on the window pane,
For tonight it won't drive me insane.
With my eyes sealed shut-
There's not much else I could want.

If I close my eyes-Please-Let it pour.
I don't mind anymore.
In my world of a restful night-
It's a lullaby I don't want to fight.
