Guarantee

Head for something, not to win,
Then to simply just give in.
Try and try and don't succeed,
Only death is guaranteed.
It's hard to live and harder to thrive,
Most of us try but don't survive.
The world is full of hate and greed,
Only death is guaranteed.
We're all lonely, deep inside
We all show feelings we want to hide.
All of us follow no ones creed,
Only death is guaranteed.
Always heading for what we don't want
Being carefree, nonchalant.
To push and push to then recede,
Only death is guaranteed.
Cross my fingers, hope to die,
Stick a needle in my eye.
Lie and lie to get what we need,
Only death is guaranteed.
My visions blurred, my thoughts have drifted,
Finally the pain has lifted.
I am empty of life, watch me bleed,
Death has been guaranteed.

    I think this one is my favorite out of them all. It relates to my life so well. A friend of mine killed themselves. It sounds like something that happend then. You are really gifted. Good luck with the rest!
