Fake

Hiding behind smiles,
The tears they never see,
Smiling so happily,
Yet crying inside.

Her long red marks lay under her sleeve,
She tried to tell them but they wouldn't believe,
She makes her self bleed,
The only thing that really sets her free.

She gets home and begins to cry,
She takes out the blade and makes a scar.
She wakes up the next morning,
Puts cover up so one one sees.

Every night she goes through the same routine,
No one cares, Or of that it seems.
She tells them but they just get mad,
They want to help but it just makes her more sad.

She just needs someone who understands,
To help her through and hold her hand.
But they don't want to use up their life,
Its not theres shes ruining its hers.

But before you decide not to be her friend
Try to think of what its like.
To hurt so bad and have to choose the thing thats right.
To have no one there to help you,
So you have to do it on your own.
