I loved you

by *Emmy*   Jan 20, 2007

As she sits alone,

The only place she knows as home,

She puts on a fake smile for all to see,

And hides her scars of her painfull past under her sleeve,

So noone knows of her pain in this world that she
desperatly wants to leave.

She tries so hard to forget about her past,

Cutting it out of her memory hoping this time it will last.

To her "so-called-friends" she denies,

All the pain from with she hides.

And if they see through the lies,

She pushes them away before they get too close,
hoping this time she won't get hurt.

But many came and many will go,

And there will be even more saddness to make
sure not to show.

She decides this is the right time to say her goodbyes
and lets her true feelings show through,

Still numb to so much pain she doesn't shed a tear,
leaving them to wonder how they never knew.

Filled with guilt repeating her last four words,
He never realized how much damage his words could do,

"Remeber, I loved you."
