Me han gustado mucho tus poemas hasta el momento, aunque algunas veces no les entiendo a todos (porque no sé tanto ingles).
Este poema me gusto porque dice cosas muy lindas y a la vez muy tristes. Ademas de que esta muy bien escrito.

    "The Elegy of the Lovers"

an incredible poem, that can stand on its own merits, those who down voted it surely know nothing about poetry, but take light in the fact that there are many who can and will appreciate a good poem, posted by Bob Shank.

man, i have to agree: An incredible poem!!!!!!

Apparently everyone already sumed up what I wanted to say but I guess hearing it one more time won't hurt! You did a marvelous job with this poem I must admit. Many people attempt to use the Old English writting style but it is in fact nothing more than an attempt. You on the other hand were very skillful with every word used. Simply splendid! Feel free to check out some of my poems if you get the chance!

You've def. got a unique style of writing here. I found this more traditionally poetic than whats mostly on this site, and even though I don't understand all of it I could still read the emotion in it. This type of poetry is very hard for me to write - I've never been able to finish a whole piece in this style! I don't have any suggestions for this one - nice stuff :)

I can't say that your comment on one of my poems made me the happiest girl in the world, but how can I hold such a grudge when your poetry moves me so? Your advice is truely helpful, as much as the child in me want's to argue and express some form of dislike, it is impossible. My mother once wrote as you did, before tragedy discouraged her talent. This originality reminds me of how she once was, and moves me to the brink of tears. I only wish my talent could flourish and someday evolve into my own personal style of expression.
Have a wonderful day, and thankyou for opening my mind.
