Maybe She's Dancing

by xTheEcstasyOfSuicidex   Oct 31, 2005

Maybe she's lying,
Through her untold smile,
Maybe she's defying,
Everyone around.
Maybe she's lost,
In a tide of uncertainty,
Maybe she's crossed,
A line farther then she could tread.
And maybe she's dancing,
To a song inside her head,
maybe she's just waiting,
To be told what to do.
Maybe all she's asking,
Is to be held onto,
Yet maybe shes masking,
All her feelings toward you.
But who will care;
This girl that never speaks,
Maybe she'll share,
This life she can not bare.

Hum, the end, was that "bear" or "bare" that you meant. Either way, that was strong. I liked it... especially the part about dancing, as sometimes I feel like moving to a song inside my head, too!
Yes, well, that's what three years of dancing does to you, at the end you can't stop.
I also liked the lines Through her untold smile, because that was a very ingenius way of saying that she didn't smile.
