Never

by Matthew A.   Oct 31, 2005

I will never forgive you for what you did to me.
I cant believe that I was so blind that I never had time to see.
You burned me for the last time
but how could I have noticed since you were quite like a mime.

You never talked to me after the first day we meet,
the light that reflected off of you after I placed that bet.
You were so full of life that you cooked other people's food,
even after that you looked so good.

When I looked at you for the first time.
You looked so bright and all I saw was a shine.
We sang together though the evening till morning came
after that, you never were the same.

You looked so dry like your life was sucked out of you.
I didn't know what to say, didn't know what to do.
So we sat outside and I tried to talk to you for a while
but you weren't listening, you looked so veil.

I got mad and did something I will never forget.
I threw water on you and told you to get.
After that we never seen each other again.
I hope we never have to remember when it all vegan.

You still bright up the way in the dark,
you still scare the dogs away when they bark.
After this I'm sure I will never have another desire.
Forget you you damn fire.
