Everything Counts

by Jessica   Nov 2, 2005

Every little second counts
Every little moment counts
Every time I get to spend with you counts
Every little telephone call to you counts
It all counts because I don't know how long I have you for
Every little message and conversation counts
Everything counts because I don't want to lose you
Every little imperfection counts because when you leave this world
I want to have perfect memories and perfect pictures in my mind
Every little smile or frown counts because I want everything to go without a fight or angriness
Because life is unexpected and it could change in an instant
Every little thing wrong inside of you counts because if one thing is wrong it leads to more than one
And one thing is bad enough but more than one is harder maybe even impossible to cure
But every little thing like not giving up hope counts
Because you never know when will be his or her or your last day
To spend time with the ones you love
Every little second counts
Every little moment counts
Every little thing counts because I don't want to lose you
