Their Own World

by Heather Prior   Nov 8, 2005

In a world
Full of misery and pain,
He sits,
Against the school wall.
He closes his eyes
And thinks quietly...
Nobody notices him.

In a family
That has been torn,
She blocks out the pain
While feeding her horses.
Nodody talks or bothers her,
So she's left in her own world...
Until she see's him.

He moves away
And so does she--
They never met.

In a world
Full of disaster,
He creates
His own.

In a world
Full of hate,
She finds love
In her own.

Finally, they met
And their worlds were similar.
There was no pain,
No hatred either,
Only what they wanted.
Their worlds were one,
And one were they...
Until their dying day.
