Could never

I could never hate you
Even if youl'd killed
Even though its hurting
and so many tears have spilled

I heard someone say
we dont cry for those we hate
So it seems in sobbing
I have sealed my fate

Again christmas is coming
but the snow on christmas day-
only freezes my empty chest,
Bringing cold and wet decay

I hate the way im lonley
and the hopeless hollow pain
I hate the dark nights
and then the day after...again

I could never hate you
Your the sun that melts the snow
But I will hate myself for loving
on the day you have to go.

    I absolutely adore the frustration and anger here. The way you hate and love at the same time. It's a really complex emotion. I think you've captured the emotion really well here.

    Really nice poem, your emotion is clear. I especially liked htis stanza;
