A schools shooting

by Jordan   Nov 9, 2005

A boy walks in the room
Points a gun up in the air
We all begin to cry
"What you don't think this is fair?"

You all poked fun of me
What the hell should I do?
Look at that freak, youd point
The hell that I went through

So here you are begging me
To let you have your lives
Hmm I just dont know what to do
Did you ever listen to my cries?

He slowly pulls the trigger
A girl falls to the ground
She was just 16 young years
She went without a sound

The fear rushes inside of me
And the tears come and they fall
I think of all the innocent lives
And the boy who lost it all

Screw you guys He shouts again
Another tear rushes down
I want so bad to speak
But fear doesnt let me make a sound

I think about my family
God, it hurts so bad
He shoots another bullet
The boy who is so sad

A bullet shocks my body
I topple to the floor
I refuse to close my eyes
The boy rushes out the door

I crawl up to the window
Another pushes me up and out
I see a policeman rushing over
She needs our help he shouts

I can't feel anything
But the hurting in my heart
Knowing that if I were to die
My familyd fall apart

As they take me away
I hear screams from inside
I think about the other kids
And the ones whove already died

I feel one last tear
Roll down my cheek
The policeman coos real gently
You really shouldnt speak

I see a big white light
But I refuse to go
My family needs me now
Oh god please no!

I take my final breath
Hoping it wont be my last
Life was just to damn short
It passed me by to fast
