Fairytale Massacre

by Mistress   Nov 13, 2005

Once upon a time... Dreams and fantasies were my reality.
Me - Queen of nothingness, ruler of a golden castle in the sky.
But reality struck me, my world fell apart.
Buried alive by my shattered dreams, I realized that I'd been living for an illusion of what life never can be...

No gold at the end of the rainbow
A knight in shiny armour won't save the day
The sleeping beauties never to be woken up from their endless sleep
Nor will good ever conquer evil

There'll be no sunshine after rain
The ugly duckling will never become a swan
A beauty will never love a beast
Nor will we ever live happily ever after...

    Don't be a pessimist!
But, yes, okay, fairytales don't always come true.

    Good Writing!
