Glass House

by Karla Gordon   Nov 14, 2005

Those who live in glass houses
Should not throw stones
An old quote to you
Please use it as your own.

Someone with so many issues
Should keep advice to themselves
Fixing their own problems
Before casting doubt upon others.

I gave you love and reassurance
You continued to throw it out
Deal with your anger
Find yourself, love yourself.

Others cannot make you happy
Unless your soul is straight
Playing with womens emotions
Thinking you need more than me.

You know I had a lot to give
Hurting me was your special gift
Destructive how can you even think
You just push me to the edge.

Think again, let yourself see
I am no more perfect than you
Please, you live in a glass house
Stop throwing those stones!
