A Friendship Falling Apart

What happened to our friendship?
Was it something I did, or
Maybe it was something I said.
I cannot help but feel that
Our friendship is falling apart.

You always said I could call you,
Even if it was late at night.
It did not matter of the time,
You were always there for me.
Why has that fact changed?

Did I do something wrong?
Why does it feel like you've
Left me, abandoned me.
I told you I needed to talk,
And yet still no time for me.

Can we still not be friends,
Even though you are in New York?
Is it really what is separating us?
Or is it the guy in your life?
Whatever it is, our friendship isn't the same.
