My Last Words

Dear Dad,
I just want to say that i love you so,
But my life has come to an end,its time for me to go.
You have always been so great to me,
But my heart is broken and it needs to be free.
Don't ever forget how much i truly care,
The pain I'm about to cause you,i can not bare.
You are the best dad a child could ask for,
I'm just sorry that i cant take it any more.
I know this isn't the answer to all my problems and pain,
But with the memories of the past,I will never be sain.
It's time for me to be where i truly belong,
And thats with grandma, where i have waited to be so long.
Please don't cry, don't shed one tear,
For I will always be with you in your heart very near.
And remember that one day very soon,
We will be together above that golden moon.
