Deserve My Tears

I don't think you realize what you've done.
I'm in darkness, there is no sun.
You've sucked out laughter and you've sucked out smiles,
I've began bottling my tears in vials.
They are to remind me to never go back with you,
No matter what you say, no matter what you do.

All you did was lie,
All I did was cry,
So I'm better off right?
Even though I still sob at night?
Even though i spend everyday pretending?
Waiting to see if my heart will keep mending?
Is this worse?
Is our break-up a blessing or a curse?

You used to be mine,
To you, it got bad in time.
Not me, no...
I never wanted to let you go.
When I see you with her,
My "best friend", yeah...sure...
I just want to scream
Because she's broken my dreams
We were meant to be together,
We were supposed to be forever.
But I'm not going to cry, not after over a year,
Because you don't deserve a drop, you don't deserve a single tear.

    There was this one boy in my year, he wasn't really special but he made me laugh, so i just kept randomly liking him. Things will never be more than now, i still look for him when i'm out and love hearing his voice but i've come to accept it. I did take me 'bout 2 years mind! But i'm there finally... ish. What i'm trying (very badly) to say is that one day, you'll wake up and your heart wont ache as much as it did the night before. Your poetry symbolises your feeling brilliantly. Your def going down as a fave. :)

    My last comment at the last sentence.. "you've got to move on because neither of them are worth your time or tears" actually made me think of all this stuff thats happened to me! so tp the both of us and everyone else who has a problem like that! lol.

    you are so wonderful and even though your "best friend" is one of your best friends..i just think (Between you and me) that even though she's one of my best friends too you should be careful around her... because somthing like that means they dont really care and thats not what anyone deserves..
