ZOMBIE

by SWAPNIL SAWANT   Nov 25, 2005

Sightless vision,
Thoughtless mind,
Void breeze blows from behind.
Cools my thoughts,
Dirties my eyes,
Rain washes it off,
But heavies my heart,
Sun dries it off,
But makes my throat dry.

Away from the world,
Walking in the dark,
Heading in past,
Away from future,
Time runs fast.

From such depths,
I canâ??t see the shore,

Been scripted as a zombie,
â??Has God made a mistake?â??
Fortunately,
This play doesnâ??t have a re-take!
