The light is my beauty

I wish to grasp just a portion
This tender part of me can't wait
I dream to meet this awkward light
For it brightens when I'm sad
And it dims when I look away

For it can not leave me alone
Without it I come see my grave
For it takes me from that dark place
And it brings me to see beauty

This love is unconditional
This bond is unforgettable
And this tender part of me is...
Beauty

    This is wonderful.It is sad in a way yet has hope.I like your style somewhat abstract, ambiguous-it can be interpreted many ways.The last stanza is especially strong and moving.Great poem.
