Words can be damaging,
Your words are killing me,
Your words leave me crying,
Especially when other people agree.

You don't treat me with respect,
You don't care about how I feel,
You tell me I'm exaggerating,
But I assure you, this is real.

The pain is real,
The cuts are there,
I hate my life,
This is all too much for me to bear.
