As Pretty As Scars ♥

by ··¤(`×[¤Ðívïñë Ðî§tørtîøñ¤]×´)¤··   Dec 8, 2005

Sometimes, i wonder, if i should tell her to run.
To save herself, from what she could become.
A mirror image of me, crying at night.
Tired of depression, the hate, and the fights.
She has no clue, to who you are.
She still thinks you're beautiful-
As pretty as scars.
She doesn't deserve ,
The pain or the tears,
That I'm left here feeling,
Whenever you're near.
She has no idea, of the use of your drugs.
The only side she sees,
Is the one where you hug.
The one where you smile,
The one where you laugh.
Are you going to hit her too?
Are you going to stab her in the back?
Are you going to make her feel,
Like she's three inches tall?
Or will you scream at her too?
And laugh while she falls?
Will you use her at night,
And call her your baby?
Will you take advantage of her,
Without asking her maybe?
Will she be your property,
Yours only to control?
Will you make her wish her life away?
Make her try to sell her soul,
Just to stop all the grief?
Or will you just lie?
Cause I know you're good at it.
You like watching people die.
Sometimes, I wonder,
If I should tell her to run-
And not to look back,
Because you're not "the one."
