Save Me

Every night I cry
alone in my room.
I have no faith left
I don't know what to do.

He's taken away
my precious soul.
Took away my innocence
and left me so col.

I used to think
that I loved him so much.
That my life could be perfected
with just one touch.

It was like that
for a while and it was great.
But things changed
and I was left in pain.

When he gets mad
he goes off the wall.
I never know
what I do wrong.

I don't know
what I did to make him angry.
I try to be a good girlfriend
I just wish someone could save me.

Save me from the beatings
save me from the rape.
Save me from this guy
I have come to hate.

Save me from the days
I get hit across the face.
From the horrible nights
he makes me feel like a disgrace.

Please someone save me
from this eternal pain.
Make it so he can't hurt me
just take my misery away.
