Under this tree

by Juls   Dec 12, 2005

Sitting under a tree
holding each other
in our arms

We look u at the sky
The moon is the only
thing to be found

We look to the distance
We see a wolf
sitting in the grass
howling to the moon

Probebly crying to the moon
crying that he is lonely
and nobody cares

We sit back
in each others arms
as we look in each
others eyes

Unlike that moon
or that lone wolf crying
We will never
have to say we are lonely

As we sit back
under this tree
We give each other
a sign of love
We give each other
a kiss upon are lips
and a soft tender hug

We curve in the tree
Our names and the date
We will always remeber this
as the day we fell in love

*This poem is not true, not at all about me. But I hope you like it anyway I just had this on my mind I guess.

It was beautiful. Especially the contrast between the lonely and the couple who are going to be together forever.Since you say this is not what happened to you,I can guess you are in the poem,in the form of the wolf?:)

Great poem . You really put some thought into it, even though it wasn't about you . I only see one mistake, a mistake that we all make, and that is you missing the p from up . It dosen't matter, I was actually complimenting you . Because I know I miss a lot of letters when I'm typing too . So you just keep up the good work .

Again you seem to just have these thought on your mind, I suggest you sit down and just write and see what comes out, maybe you'll see whats driving you to write these.
I liked this one a lot, it reminds me a little of that poem from.. that book, I can't think of it now, but it's about a wolf crying to the moon. Anyway, I like it, it really sets a picture in the readers mind and I can see the whole scene and it's beautiful. Great job.
