The old you

by Live, Laugh, Love   Dec 15, 2005

You held me close
When noone else seemed to care

I always thought I could count on you

But now I just feel like a fool

You've told me you would change more than once

But everything is still the same

I was happy for one night

And now nothing seems to matter

I miss the old you

The old you never would treat me the way you do

The old you would tell me I'm beautiful and I was the only one that could make him happy

The old you would tell me he loved me no matter how mad he was at me

But the old you is gone so I guess I have to deal with the new you.
