Willow Row

by John Fleece   Dec 16, 2005

Welcome to Willow Row
Where the Sun never shows
Where the Moon always glows
Where mistakes creep behind
Sending a shiver down your spine
Where happiness is dead
Hope is nothing but a thread
And it's easily cut loose
Willow Row is where you lose the things you once loved
Torment you on the street
You don't want to be here
For anger rules with a iron fist
With Judgment with it's own little twist
Right here too broken to live
Whispers of sorrow & tears in the night
Feels like a eternity
There's no way out
Others come to join you there
Misery loves company
So you don't help
All you say is " welcome my friend to Willow Row"

Sometimes Willow Row isn't a tangible place is it? Sometimes Willow Row is what your own mind makes it. It's self-destructive to dwell on the past. Did you forget to lock the door of the past when leaving it behind? Maybe you should. I can help you find the key.

    Willow Row is my favourite.
