When the skies turn gray
and the sun disappears
look inside.

Veer away from the dark
for the light and beat
is within.

Embrace all the sorrow
and tears with others
who he knew.

For His life will live on
in all who he touched
and who loved.

As you await the peace
time will stand still
for many.

Friends are here for you
reach near and afar
for they care.

May the pain and sorrow you feel
be lifted from your heart
leaving you with memories
that will dry your tears.

Always.

    that was my favorite stanza. so much power packed into a few words...wow.
