Dark Eagle 2

by Sagini Ok   Dec 31, 2005

The early Chilly morning Breeze
Caress my chics never to cease
I Walk down the dusty road
To where i do speak with my Lord
For here i pour my desires
To him who only cares

As i kneel down to whisper
I gather my courage to spur
Deep in the jungle less of shanties
I search for answers
But the lone cry wakes my heart
As i see the hopeless hope

He sits there every time i see him
Maybe he is sharing my loneliness
Above a Shanty dwelling he lingers
Do we face the same fate, i wonder
Yea maybe i face my mentor
To gaze on diminished splendor
Oh dark eagle we share.

I was in living in the slums where loneliness is the order of the day.
