A Cutter's Dream

by Kalene   Dec 31, 2005

She sits there
Tearing at her wrists
She lives in her corner
Asking God why can she not deserve Heavenly bliss

She's ready to embrace death
"Hell is for heroes,"she whispers
She grabs the razor
And tears at her arm till there's nothing left

She is a cutter
Forsaken by her mother, father, and God
She cries herself to sleep at night
Knowing that her mother knows
Fearing to go to sleep

For fright that her daughter might
Not be here tomorrow
Oh, so much pain and sorrow

No one understands her
She shall end this suffering tonight
She locks herself in the bathroom
Blood flows everywhere
Her last note is written in blood

"I'm sorry, I couldn't handle it,
The tears flooded to many times"
The next morning, her mother comes unlocks the bathroom door
To find her daughter on the floor
"Why God why?"She cries

In the last words written in her blood
The cutter wrote,"Death is a cutter's dream"
She's free from it all now

And want to know a secret?
That cutter just might be me
