I wasnt ready for what you told me
those three words came so fast
I couldnt handle what you gave me
I bagan to think everything was moving to fast

I tried to distance my self from you just to keep my feelings at rest
Im not trying to play with your feeling I just needed to think
my heart was lost at the time

I was thinking about how much I luv you everytime I thought of you
It hurts me so that we can not be
we both think about what could of been
knowing in our minds it was right

But that story can not being for my heart is with another
this other is special to me, and Id never hurt her
no matter how much it hurt me inside
so for now I must let my feelings rest
