Never Say Never

Never say never
Is what we are told
So never say never
For who know's what the future holds
I use to say never
Then one day I realized
That all of my nevers
Were really just lies
Unaware of things I've done
I've gone behind my own back
And did the things I said I'd never do
I've been my own fool
I've trusted myself
But I've lied to me too
Some may think its funny
But it's the sad truth
Because when you say never
It happens to you
