Hidden Pain

Hidden pain behind fake smiles.
This endless road seems to go on for miles.

You sit in this room and just stare.
This horrible life you cant seem to bare.
You wish you could let them know.
All the pain inside that grows.

But when they ask you say you are OK.
Even tho you cant hold on another day.
