A Little Girl

by ButterflyKisses_xo   Jan 21, 2006

Today a little girl,
With very little hope,
sat and stared into the sun,
and dreamed about the life to come.

No one really loved her,
For this she could tell,
All they ever did,
Was fight and scream and yell.

Mommy and Daddy,
Never really loved,
They made her feel unspecial,
and not really good enough.

All her little friends,
who claimed that they cared,
Never were really there,
To hold her in despair.

6 siblings who wished that she was dead,
Made her do their chores,
And this she'd always dread.

And now you ask whats wrong,
like every things OK,
all she really wants,
is to be truly happy some day.

Hey I know i've been a bad friend lately... and i know im one of those friends who isnt there... not physically... but i want u to know u r always in my prayers.... and that is no small thing... Katie i'm not always there for you to talk to but what i said every last word of friendship i have ever spoken I have meant! As for your family and little hope... u have a family that loves you, and if you'll let us we can help you to start hoping! Jesus, God, and I are your family and even though i cant be there physically we are always, ALWAYS there for you!
