Never fear
you were there
to scare them out
from under the bed

when things turn blue
you were there
to make a funny face
and turn things to yellow instead

when recess starts
you were there
invent a game
that with the word play

but now your gone
there's nothing more
just you and me
with happy memories

    Simple and easy. this one wasnt very challenging to write. good form and structure, it seems you where guarding yourself from being to open about it. you only wrote about the happy *memories* but not about the pain of that person being gone from your life.
    would have loved to read more about that. keep writing.... and try to be more open!
