I\'m Letting Go This Time

From the moment you were here,
From the moment you were gone,'
Were the times of my life that were good and bad,
And to the minute you left I knew you were supposed to be the one,
As I reminisce our quickly fading past.

You were my first kiss, the first person to hold me when I was tired,
You were many of my first things and I will always hold those memories near,
Why did you leave me here alone, and why did you leave my heart on fire,
But I will always wish for you and for you to be here.

I can hear you say those three special words that warmed me up inside,
And I can still feel that smile after our lips first touched,
You let me down, broke my heart, and left me here to cry,
For I only want you and ever so much.

You're the reason I'll never love again,
You're the reason I've got your words in my mind,
I'm longing for you to hold me forever like you did then,
But I've finally made up my mind, that I'M LETTING GO THIS TIME...

    but my one advice to you is this....
    try to make your poetry in stanza's..some viewers hate poetry written like this, and that leads to down voting...and also try to make a little ryhme..poems that dont rhyme are fine by me there great but there are some people out there who hate it and will down vote it....
