Apology

by Taylor Anderson   Feb 1, 2006

These words, are they all that your giving me?
They are not enough to ease my pain

Lifeless, heartless, meaningless,
The essence of your lie destroys me

I would say goodbye, but there are too many of them
Instead I wait for your apology

You say there is nothing to be sorry for,
But you have so many things to regret

I wave as a tear rolls down my broken face
As I leave my heart and love behind

Heh! WOW This was very short, lol I am not kidding, I have a problem with short poems , they leave me in the dark. Also, this ending is AHEJWHEIJWIEJIWJ yeah, that basically, lol, sorry I don't like the ending, it's a little weak once againm, great format though.

I can't really say I have a favorite part, all the lines are pretty good.

Keep up the good work and always strive to do better.

Thank you for sharing this poem.
