I just can't forget...
The way you always look at me.
I want you so badly,
But I know we canâ??t be.

I just can't forget...
How your hand feels in mine.
I know our love is true,
But it just isn't the time.

I just can't forget...
All the times we've shared.
When we first met,
And when I told you how much I cared.

You say we can wait,
But the pain of time is great.
I don't know if I can last
Simply holding on to the past.

I don't know what to do;
My heart is aching for you.
I can't just pretend
To be only a friend.

You know I'll always love you,
But we have to take this chance.
We can't pretend any longer;
I don't want this to end with one last glance.

You know I can't forget you,
Even if you want me to.
You know what we must do,
But what happens next is up to you....
