Invisible

by The Wingless   Feb 12, 2006

When I wave goodbye,
Nobody waves back,
It's like I'm not there,
When I say hello,
I do not get a reply.

The stars no longer shine bright,
They burn with fury,
The moon doesn't look promising,
I can't share my secrets.

I might just be invisible,
But that's not a loss,
You're reading something that doesn't exist.
But that's OK,
It's how I want it to be.

But when the time comes,
For us to make up,
The invisibility,
Will still be there,
No longer will you see,
What you want,
I'm not there for you.

I might just be invisible,
I'm really not here,
Your reading something that doesn't exist
But that's OK ,
It's how I want it to be.

    This is very well expreesed.

    i really like the stanza:

The stars no longer shine bright,
    They burn with fury,
    The moon doesn't look promising,
    I can't share my secrets.

thats one really sets the mood at the beginging of the peice.
