Inside My Mind

I search for reasons within my mind,
And a blankness comes like space.
I try to find a peace in between,
The rattling silence in this place.

No more pictures or memories to keep,
I set free all the pain i've held inside.
No more hurt, please no silence,
I no longer want to hide.

I sit alone in this heart of mine,
Dark and drenched in fear.
Where my thoughts terrorize my heart,
