A Friendly Valentine

I sat in my little corner
like a little lame loner.
I looked at the lovely picture
and stared at your radiant smile
which makes our past worthwhile.
We are no longer a pair
but we are still best friends.
I will never forget you
but will always treasure you
because best friends a few
and very hard to find.
So from a best friend to another best friend
I wrote this poem
to tell you Happy Valentine.
