Self-consciousness

Self-consciousness

What should I do,What should I say,
Will they stare or just walk away.
Self-consciousness,how to break it,
My habit is like smoking, hard to quit.

My friends tell me do that, and to do this,
Its just I don't want to be criticized and dissed.
They say I'm standing here looking like I'm afraid,
The truth is I am,I'm been like this for over a decade.

I'm starting to get better, I'm doing more things,
Only there's something on me that remains to cling.
I'm self-conscious and its going to take time,
For me to overcome, but as a goal it's prime.

PLEASE VOTE AND COMMENT I'LL DO THE SAME
