I Seen

I seen my so called life flash before my eyes
It is like I am in my body but my mind was some where else
I am empty inside where things I can only see
Dazing into the spaces that are virtually free
I seen the images that I felt inside
My heart, My Soul and My Love was world wide
I kept this painful feeling only to myself
With out any one knowing on just how I felt
My emptiness was taking over this very soul of mine
I just wish that you would give me all your time
I do not want to feel this feeling of awe
Because without you my world just goes away
I seen something about this when I saw your signs
What about my feelings that was in my mind
I seen the road that has come to an end
Into the sunset where only I could trend
It wrapped around some golden bricks where I would spend my time
A place for me to think of others kindly at my side
I seen a light from heaven that shined through the clouds
Angels on high looking as I bowed
A light between just clouds that stood out on the peer
Where all of the mountains where dark and gloomy over there
I seen the road feel empty as I drove along
It went around in circles and led me to my home
For another moment for me to feel despair
It did not seem to matter that I was here
I cried when I seen those lonely souls go
Into the distance where time has stood
I just want to see lights through the sky
To wake up with you another night
I seen it all when the Lord said to me
Do not worry for I am right here
