Ever had that one person who says they really care
Then in a time of need they don’t want to hear

But still cast you aside
Someone you would do just about anything for
And instead of talking you turn to the knife
Told over and over again to call and not just cut,
To talk, it’s a healthier way to handle things,
When finally ready to talk no ones to listen.
Smile on the outside while crying out for help on the inside
Finally realizing that it was all a lie
Realizing that all along you were right
Never seeing that person was fake

Cause this time they could of stopped you from dying.
