Everyday seemed fine to me
Before you said something
It didn't occur to me
You were weeping

Every second mattered to me
Before you skipped breathing
It didn't occur to me
You were dying

Everything, you were everything to me
Before you quit loving
It didn't occur to me
You were falling

Every now and Then
Before I go to sleep
It occurred to me
I cannot continue living

Everyday seemed fine to me
Before you died
Now I do not live
I want to sleep forever

Every night I regret
Not having been able to tell you
How much I love you
I'm sorry I just didn't know it.
