All I Have

by Danielle   Feb 27, 2006

What is it for me to do?
While you slowly create my doom
Should I hide my feelings from you?
So sad, I’m alone as an adolescent bloom

I strive for your truth
But your unknown thoughts eat away my curiosity
Your virus of tease gets me under my roots
And I’m left here alone to slowly decay

Not magnetically bonded, all that ties us together
Are petty arguments, tiny bets and tagging
To make one better for one another
But my feet you see, you see are dragging

It is my feelings you love to juggle
As your words come out so hoarse
And it is such a lovely struggle
A struggle with no force

Your actions replay through my brain
Your words rewind in my ears
Until I find the right question, I have nothing to gain
And until I find the right answer, all I have is tears
