Destiny will run its coarse

by Danielle   Feb 27, 2006

Leaving you at a puzzled state of mind
As you cringe from a sudden pain in your gut
To feel a different body other than mine
Open your eyes wide from closing them shut
Only to find a stranger uncovered as she lies on your bed
Am I still the one who lingers in your head?

You're not thinking of me, until after, it hits
When your experimenting hand
Holds her welcoming fist
As you two play a meaningless game of lust
And a passionate kiss seems to be a must
Remember we have pure bliss
And none will be deeper then the one of your keeper

Leaving you unanswered and confused
Think about me but another girl, don't refuse
Leave our emotions to freely run
And have fate lead the way
If we were meant to be
Our hearts will say, and let us see

Make sure not to be mistaken
Under your own consent
For only intimate moments
She's heaven sent

Memories of how I was your first
I have no feeling of regret of course
But to hear what you're doing with her
Is what we've done and rehearsed
Is like a curse and, oh, how it hurts
But I must "Let destiny run its course"
