Writing poetry can be such a thrill
writing about anything you want to spill
poetry is such a beautiful and art
sad/happy comes from deep within the heart

the ways of living with ink and paper
so much easier then being a stripper
all you do is write down your feelings
put feelings into words make them a meaning

we live life even though we can't have it all
so we write about it once and for all
we can jot down about our greatest dreams
write down anything it's easy as it seems

then we can type our poems and show our friends
poems about good times and we want our life to end
we write to kill the horrible pain thats within us
don't you love poetry I do it's such an A plus
