Forgiveness

You don't see what you've done
Or how much you've hurt me
You can't see my broken heart
Or how much I cry at night.

You pretend that nothing happened
And want me to do the same.
How could I forgive you
For being disloyal and deceitful.

You ask for my forgiveness
And say that you're sorry.
I just don't know how
How to forgive your betrayal.

How can I forgive you?
Forgive you for the lies
Forgive you for the other woman.
How am I suppose to just forgive?
