Facing My Fears

I knew from the start,
So i let you into my heart,
but in the end love i did see,
But now you are killing me,
You have broke something that can never be fixed,
And now i am lost and wondering what i missed.
For you to break up with me is hurting me inside,
And now all i want to do is run and hide,
I trusted you with all that i had,
And now it seems that it has all gone bad.
You say you will be there when i need someone the most,
But when i try to talk to you, you just act like i am a ghost.
I cry every night just to think about what you did to make me sad,
But i guess i can't take back what i never had.
You told me you loved me and i said 'i love you to'
But i guess in the end our love wasn't true.
I have faced one of my biggest fears,
And all it did was leave me in tears,
I guess love is not for me,
It is something that i can't see.
