What I Created

I accepted long ago
that I have reaped what I have sown
I caused my pain
I know this as I stand crying in the rain

I tore my heart from my chest
laid it to rest
in the dead of night
my soul knows no light
not even the light of mid-day
keeps my demons away

and i caused it
in my darkness no light may be lit
I will die here
Where I've created all my fears

    I know the feeling. There are evn times when ive literally felt like i've ripped my heart out. Just stick with it girl..you can make it, you're awesome.
    One correction:
    "I know this as I crying in the rain"
    either *i am..crying..or *i cry
